: IT IS GOING TO BE MY TURN!!
Lately, more and more pictures of my friends taken from their Graduation ceremonies have been uploaded onto Face Book.It is so happy to see each and every one of them dressed in their graduation gown and caps.. as well the CERT in their hands to mark their success.Proud parents smiling away and happily snapping pictures. All the sheer hardwork and efforts.... All the years preparing to reach where they r right now.... just to hold that cert in their hands and donning the gown.It is going to be my turn soon. pretty soon. The day i waited for a very long time.It has been a roller coaster journey for me. I was never a STAR student.I always took the longer route to do something.From primary school to sec school to college eventually Uni.A very Very long way just to complete what others may accomplished in a shorter time.It was a fight for me to do what i want to do.I remembered once, in JC ,a HOD who constantly discouraging me from taking up Science faculty despite my interest. She said that she have doubts of me doing well or even passing my A levels.She continued to pester me to switch to the ARTS stream. CONSTANTLY.It hits me badly thinking am i such a bad student. M i not as smart as my other classmates?Don't i have the spark in me to do well and achieve something in life?Do i lack of lustre that i cant shine in my own way?It just disappoints me.Nevertheless, i do not succumb to it.. In fact, i followed what my heart says.Alhamdulilah, i never look back since. I never regret every of my decision to choose to do what i want to do. Although i do not get the placement in the local uni, i was privileged to enroll in the course which i love to do- BIOMEDICAL SCIENCES by University of Bradford.I am not like other ppl who simply can pack their bags and fly to other country to further their studies.I wish i could but i cant.I do not come from a rich family, who willing sponsors everything for me.My mum and dad works doubly hard to ensure that i get to further my studies.Things doesn't come simple for me. I am not born with that golden or silver spoon in mouth.I do not get the easiest way out. Everything is a fight.But i am truly grateful to ALLAH SWT for allowing me to do what i love. Though I have to take that long route to complete the journey, i never regret every minute of it as i have learn to better appreciate what is life all about.I'm almost reaching the end. The smell of victory is pretty near.Hence, this graduation is simply sweetest victory for me as well as for my family.I may not be a Star Student and have the luxury in life but i have the determination to be the best that i can be.I cant wait for my graduation.. or u may called it Convocation. :)I will wear that graduation gown with MY cert in MY hand.IT IS GOING TO BE MY TURN!!:) Labels: graduation, University of bradford

Been craving for home made burger patties for pretty long time.Yeah, i know i can get the instant RAMLY burgers at shieng shiong or even the pasar malam.. OR maybe just head down to any Fast food restaurants to get one. On the contrary, i prefer something home made.The one made with TLC. Smashing, mixing and flipping over the good ol burgers.Thus, i have decided to get messy and made the home made burger patties.If i may say, I DID IT ALL BY MYSELF. Absolutely no MAMA's HELP:PSimply FANTABUlOUS patties.WELL MARINATED and MOST IMPORTANT IT IS JUICY.YUM YUM!EVEN MY KAK SEDARA SAID THAT IT IS WORTH TO MAKE AGAIN. :PPsst: For Those who keep asking for the burgers.. THESE PHOTOS ARE FOR YOUR EYES.i hope it will at least make u feel better. heheheheh
