Been craving for home made burger patties for pretty long time. Yeah, i know i can get the instant RAMLY burgers at shieng shiong or even the pasar malam.. OR maybe just head down to any Fast food restaurants to get one. On the contrary, i prefer something home made. The one made with TLC. Smashing, mixing and flipping over the good ol burgers. Thus, i have decided to get messy and made the home made burger patties. If i may say, I DID IT ALL BY MYSELF. Absolutely no MAMA's HELP :P
Simply FANTABUlOUS patties. WELL MARINATED and MOST IMPORTANT IT IS JUICY. YUM YUM! EVEN MY KAK SEDARA SAID THAT IT IS WORTH TO MAKE AGAIN. :P
